Raffle FAQ

You purchase your ticket(s) online and your name gets automatically entered into the prize category you chose. One winner per prize will be chosen on the day of the drawing.

There’s no limit to how many tickets you can buy in any category or total amount of tickets.

On the designated day, a member of Wesleyan Field Hockey will pick a name out of a hat and announce the winner! The winner will be contacted directly and the drawing will be posted on our social media platforms.

At checkout, you will have the option to select to pick up your item from Wesleyan, or have your item shipped to you. If you choose to pick up your item, a member of our staff will coordinate that with you. If you choose to have your item shipped, it will be sent within 2 weeks of the raffle closing.

• For Dave Matthews Band and Boston Bruins tickets, we will coordinate with you and the donor of the ticket to select the date and get you the ticket.
• For the Hartford Wolfpack or Yard Goats, the certificate gives you a number to call to select your date directly with their organizations.
• For the stay in Hawaii, we will coordinate with you and the donor of the prize to select the date and provide you with all of the details of your stay.

Bruins, DMB, and the Hawaii tickets will not need to be shipped. These will be coordinated through the donors. Everything else can be shipped unless you choose to pick it up from us at Wesleyan which we are happy to coordinate.
